The Sundae ScoopAcaramia and Emberhearth News and Updates
August 30, 2008

Have a safe and fun Labor Day weekend!
One scoop or two?
Welcome to the summer edition of the Sundae Scoop.
Wow, where has summer gone? School is about to start again marking that time of year when I wonder "where did it go?" I can tell you we’ve all certainly been busy. Kittens, gardens, kittens, new pets, summer family fun…did I say kittens? Both the Emberhearth and Acaramia nurseries are in full swing with adorable babies…

We really enjoy the outdoors and finally finished our "crop circle" patio. Now we have toasted marshmallows every chance we get! The gardens haven’t done so well in our state this year but my sunflowers LOVED the heat and rain.

We’ve adopted a few new kids into the family…all the furry four-footed type of course! New are Grady, Dot, Cian and Sangria.

Cian and Sangria love to go to our camp in the mountains...

Watching the world go by...

Cian: Are we there yet? Sangria: Enjoying the road trip.
By the way...I'm struggling for new pics for the Gallery. If you have any great photos of your Acaramia or Emberhearth kitties...kitten or adult...I'd love to start a Gallery page of our fur kids in their homes. Be creative...they can be floppy, animated (as in playing), stills, funny, cute...just as long as they're good quality for the web and in jpeg format. Thanks!!!

As a reminder, if you think you would prefer an older kitty, please be certain to ask about older kittens or retiring adults. We have two ladies looking for homes now and two more who are retiring soon. Visit Assorted Sweets to see the girls.
Congratulations to all our newest Acaramia/Emberhearth families who've become Ragdoll fans and friends!!
Forget Love...I'd rather fall in chocolate!!
